A 49-second recording released through the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office documents a reported July 2025 sighting in the northeastern United States.
According to the accompanying account, a person returning home around 9 p.m. noticed a bright object near the backyard tree line. Their spouse joined them and described a red sphere with a bright white center. A second similar object appeared.
The recording was made with an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Witnesses said the objects moved westward together, silently and smoothly, and appeared to merge as they passed out of view. These are eyewitness descriptions rather than independently established measurements.
The FBI assessed the reporting individuals as credible. That assessment does not identify the objects or establish an extraterrestrial origin.
The official account places the event near other reported sightings. Geographic proximity alone does not establish a shared cause.
