According to press materials supplied by Tandem Public Relations, the trail will use more than 5,000 hand-carved pumpkins to depict landmarks, traditions and cultural icons from around the world. The concept revisits the international theme of the event’s Louisville debut in 2013.
The change in venue places the pumpkin trail alongside Kentucky Kingdom’s fall rides, trick-or-treat stations, seasonal food and live entertainment. The announcement says one ticket covers the trail, Pumpkins at Kentucky Kingdom and theme-park admission, with prices starting at $19.99.
The announced season runs October 1–November 1, 2026, on a Wednesday-through-Sunday schedule. The release also says 2026 season passholders receive unlimited event visits and free parking.
This is the event’s 14th year in Louisville. The carvings are produced by the Passion for Pumpkins team, with the new location expanding what visitors can do before and after walking the trail. Tickets, operating dates and current admission terms are available through KentuckyKingdom.com.
