- Dusk–midnight. Guests in line before gate and box-office closing may enter.
- Prices
- 2026 general admission: $25 September nights; $30 October 2–3 and 9–10; $35 October 16–17, 23–24 and 30–31. Fast Pass adds $15; front-of-line adds $35.
- Age guidance
- Under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Operator advises discretion for children under 13; not suitable for children who need to be carried.
- Scare level
- Graphic, extreme haunted attraction.
- Accessibility
- Operator states the historic building and woods are not wheelchair accessible. Indoor and outdoor walking; sturdy footwear recommended.
