- Children under 5 are not admitted to the regular haunt. A separate lights-on UnHaunted House event serves younger visitors.

- Primary parking is at Dooley Park, three blocks away, with a free hayrack shuttle. Expect tight spaces, low lighting, dense fog, strobes and loud sounds; contact the operator about route and shuttle access.
