Dates

Open September 25 through October 31, 2026 on select nights. Scheduled dates are September 25–26; October 2–4, 9–11, 14–18, 21–25, and 28–31.

Hours

Gates open at 6:30 PM, with haunted attractions beginning around 6:45–7:00 PM depending on darkness. Sunday through Thursday nights close at 10:30 PM. Friday and Saturday nights close at 11:30 PM. The box office/will call closes at 9:30 PM nightly.

Prices

General admission is $40 per person and includes unlimited access to all four haunted attractions for one night. VIP Fast Pass is an additional $15 Sunday through Friday and $25 on Saturday. Group rates for 20 or more are $30 Sunday through Thursday and $35 Friday with advance reservations. Prices include parking and administrative fees but do not include the 10% Virginia Beach admissions tax. Children age 7 and under are admitted free.

Age guidance

Not recommended for young children. Children age 14 and under must be supervised by an adult. The attraction advises parents to consider whether their child can distinguish fantasy from reality and tolerate darkness and frightening characters before attending.

Scare level

High-intensity outdoor scream park featuring four haunted attractions: Haunted Hayride, Cemetery of Souls/Death Alley, Forbidden Fields, and Village of the Dead. Experiences include dark outdoor environments, live scare actors, frightening characters, sudden scares, themed sets, wooded and farm settings, and intense Halloween effects. Once guests enter an attraction, the show generally cannot be stopped for frightened children.

Accessibility

Hunt Club Farm accommodates wheelchair users across the farm using surfaces that include grass, mulch, stone, and sand, and wheelchair users receive front-of-the-line access. Handicap parking is available. Because the Halloween event includes outdoor farm terrain and multiple different haunted attractions, guests with specific mobility needs should contact the farm in advance regarding individual attraction access. Service animals are permitted on the farm but are not allowed inside the haunted attractions for safety reasons.

Not every attraction is suitable for children. Check the operator’s age guidance and scare level before booking.
