- Hours vary by night; enter the line at least 15 minutes before closing. Lights Off November 6–7: 7–10 PM.

- Tickets start at $26; VIP options offered on select dates.
- Age guidance
- Recommended for ages 13 and up. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Scare level
- Darkness, fog, loud sudden sounds, flashing and strobe lights, enclosed spaces, moving floors and live actors. Actors do not intentionally touch guests.
- Accessibility
