- Hours
- 2026 timed entry begins at 7 p.m. through October 16 and 6:45 p.m. from October 17. Last entry is 11 p.m. Friday/Saturday and 10 p.m. Sunday. Follow your booked slot.

- Timed admission $28; VIP $40; fees apply. Online ticketing only.
- Age guidance
- Not recommended for children under 10; children under 5 are not admitted.
- Scare level
- Live actors, theatrical smoke, strobe lighting and loud sound effects.
- Accessibility
- Outdoor wooded route takes about 50–60 minutes and includes uneven or unsteady ground. Comfortable closed-toe walking shoes recommended.
