Open every Saturday night in October 2026. Public operating dates are October 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31. A free Lights On Tour for kids is offered October 17 at 5:00 PM.

Prices

Current listings show general admission at approximately $20 plus fees. The official 2026 ticket page offers discounts including $5 off the first night with code “First,” every fifth adult ticket free with code “Share,” and a $10 order discount for military and first responders who contact the attraction for a code. Timed online tickets are strongly recommended; walk-up admission may be available with an additional charge.

Age guidance

Designed primarily for teens and adults. The attraction states that the trails are not built for children under age 10, though younger children may attend at a parent or guardian’s discretion if they can distinguish real from pretend. A special free Lights On Tour for kids is offered October 17.

Scare level

Moderate-to-high intensity outdoor haunted trail experience in the deep, dark woods of New Kent. One admission includes two natural wooded walking trails, Journey to Heaven and Journey to Hell. The attraction uses live actors, darkness, interactive scenes, old-school scares, themed storytelling, sudden scares, and other horror effects. Actors do not intentionally touch guests.

Accessibility

The attraction consists of two natural wooded walking trails. Guests are specifically advised to wear appropriate footwear. No current official wheelchair or ADA accessibility policy was located. Because the experience takes place on natural outdoor terrain in dark wooded conditions, guests with mobility or accessibility needs should contact Journey Trails before purchasing tickets.
